Question: How long do rounds last? What happens after a round ends?
Answer: Rounds last 10 days, after 10 days, a new round starts and all your stats are reset. You keep only the medals you won, banked turns, profile settings and messages. We have a round system to give new users a chance to be able to catch up, and even take new positions in the game.
Question: I lost everything, all my money, all my net worth, what happened?
Answer: Every 10 days, we reset the scores. Everything is reset, aside from your medals, banked turns, profile settings and messages.
Question: How can I delete my account?
Answer: We cannot delete your account via user request. If you want to delete your account to start over, you will have to wait till the end of the round where everyone's stats are reset. If you want your account to be deleted for other reasons you will simply need to not login for an extended period of time and your account will be marked as inactive and it will be invisable to all users.
Question: I was in the Battle Field and all my Battlefield Troops were killed? How?
Answer: The Battlefield is a risky place for new players. We highly recommend that you get a wise idea of how it works before entering it. You could very easily loose many if not all of your troops very quickly. So be careful, and make sure you are alert. We strongly recommend new players don't jump in the battlefield straight away.
Question: I keep getting attacked by people, constantly...
Answer: Its a war game, try to tell them to stop attacking you, talk to them through private messaging. Find some allies, join a platoon. Those ways may help you get hit less, and having more of a wider range in knowning people in the community can help you in many aspects. Also, a good thing to know is you can only be hit by the same person with a maximum of 100 normal attacks in any 12 hour period.
Question: Someone just hit me with a bunch of normal attacks in the last 12 hours, what can I do?!
Answer: Hit them back! Every time someone hits you with a normal attack you can hit them back three times with retaliation. When you do this, your offensive men get a +30% offensive score bonus and the person you hit doesn't get to retaliate against your retaliation! This means that if you were hit with 100 normal attacks in the last 12 hours, you could attack that player 300 consecutive times with retaliation and they can't do anything about it!
Question: I hit someone and lost, why?
Answer: When attacking your offense score is compared to the defenders defense score. If you are attacking someone and your offensive score is higher than the victims defensive score, you will win. Likewise, if you are being attacked by someone, if their offensive score is greater than your defensive score, you will lose.
Question: What are turns? What do they do? How do i get them?
Answer: Xtratic war is a turn based game, you get turns every 10 minutes. Standard accounts (free users) get 20 turns every 10 minutes. You need turns to do missions, attack, exploit, raise cash, and many other things. You can buy turns through PayPal, or in some countries via Mobile Phone. We currently only have PayPal set up as our payment method for any amount of turns exceeding 1,000. However, you don't need a PayPal account to order turns, you can pay directly with your bank card, or credit card through PayPal's order system.
Question: I received undesired messages from someone I don't know, what can I do?
Answer: A lot of people get annoyed, and get angry at times, and you might see them sending you messages saying, " why did you hit me" " why did you snipe me in the battlefield" and so on etc. If they are harrasing, or abusing you, please go to the filters options in the Messages sections, you can block any users messages by filtering them, you can also mute players in chat to prevent them from sending you messages.
Question: How do I get into a Platoon?, and what is a Platoon?
Answer: A platoon is a group of people who are friends that allie up to conquer other players. Like they say, two heads are better than one, well in Xtratic War 10 heads can work better than 1 tactically. You can get into a platoon by going to Apply under the platoon navigation section and picking which platoon you think suits you. You can view the platoons, and send a message to the leader, saying you wish to request to join hes/her platoon, you might even get lucky and get in :).
Question: Platoon Armor? What's that?
Answer: Platoon armor is armor purchased by a platoon leader for the platoon members. There is a limit on how much platoon armor each platoon can have. Platoon armor cannot be destroyed, it also does not require any soldiers to gain a defensive bonus from it. Every member of the platoon automatically receives 10% of the defensive bonus regardless of how many members are actually in the platoon.
Question: Platoon Bank? What's that?
Answer: A platoon bank is a place where members of a platoon can donate money so the platoon leader can purchase platoon armor. Any money in the bank also increases each players networth by 10% of however much money is in the bank, regardless of how many members the platoon has.
Question: What is gambling?
Answer: Feel lucky? well try your luck by gambling some of your cash, you might even get lucky and double it, or even triple, or QUADROUPAL your cash! Its risky, but can be worth while!
Question: What's the bank do?
Answer: As in real life, you use the bank to deposit your cash. In Xtratic War, having cash outside the bank makes you a target for other people, you can easily get attacked by people, and you could lose all your cash you spent your hard time getting, by putting your cash in the bank its 100% safe from being stolen. You have only a limited number of transactions per day, so be careful. You also have a bank limit which can be upgraded through the Upgrades page. Your money in the bank also collects a small amount of interest every 10 minutes.
Question: What is a supporter? Why do they have a "S" after there name?
Answer: A supporter is a person who withdraws there Purchased, or Won turns, or subscribes to any of the three vip packages. Any person who withdraws turns from there banked turns page, will automatically be set as a Supporter. Supporters help us run the site, paying our advertisements, server bills etc.. Rather then us loading up banners all over the site, slowing you down, annoying pop ups, we sell subscriptions and turns.
Question: Can I have free turns?
Answer: No, none of our staff members will give turns to anyone unless they lost turns by being directly affected by some type of glitch or bug. Asking a staff member for free turns could even result in account suspension or termination. Please, don't waste our time asking.
Question: How do I change my email, name, character etc.
Answer: All of those can be changed through your profile settings. Just click on Account, and edit your settings, upload your avatars, Write a personal quote or a message on your profile.
Question: I lost my password, what canI do to get it back?
Answer: On the home page, you can request a lost password. it will be sent to your email in box.
Question: Its not letting me login! What do i do?
Answer: First of all, make sure you have cleared your cookies, delete internet files ( xtraticwar index files ). Make sure you don't have caps on by accident. Be sure you are typing the correct email, user name and password. Ensure your browser is a browser we support and ensure your browser has cookies enabled. If you are still experiecning the issuse please contact our support department, be sure to include any error messages you are receiving.
Question: Me and my brother/sister/dad/mum/wife/husband/other have only 1 computer. Can we have 2 accounts on Xtratic War?
Answer: Under no circumstances are you are aloud to have more than one account per household / network / person. Regardless of the situation. Your account may be suspended or terminated without warning if you are found to have more than one account per household / network / person.
Question: Where can I get help in playing Xtratic War?
Answer: We suggest you try messaging some players in Xtratic War, asking them for some tips etc. If that isnt working out for you. Go to the forums and post what you are stuck on in the help section, or you just have a question about the game, or a suggestion. You can also send in a support ticket if the previously mentioned does not answer your question.
Question: My account is baned, how long is it?
Answer: When an account is banned it is banned on a permenant basis, we reserve the right to terminate an account as outlined in our terms of service and the status of a banned account is non negotiable. If, however, we have made a mistake, please let us know and we will look into the issue.
Question: My account is suspended, how long is it?
Answer: Normally suspensions are from flooding the chat room, posting or sharing illegal things, pornographic avatars, posting your referral link around the site, harassment, or abusing other users. Those are just some common ones you can get suspended for or even banned. The length of suspensions can vary from user to user and will be displayed when you attempt to login to your suspended account.
Question: What is a VIP? And why do they have a "V" after there name?
Answer: A VIP, in Xtratic War, is a user who has subsribed to one of the three subscriptions packages. VIP users have a few advantages over other users, more turns per tick, a higher offense, defense, mining, bonus %. More turns can be held outside the bank. They have the "V" after there name representing them as a VIP, they are a person who helps support the game, like a Supporter.
Question: How do I cancel my Subscription?
Answer: We, our staff, do not handle subscription cancellations, it is the sole responsibility of the subscribing person to handle subscription cancellation. All VIP subscriptions can be cancelled through the PayPal web site. PayPal is a third party organization, once you have subscribed to any of the three subscription packages it is your responsibility to either cancel the subscription or ensure the funds are available before the subscription is billed again. We do not have the capability to bill any accounts, debit, or credit cards when we please and cannot be held responsible for any fee's, overdrafts or otherwise, incurred when subscribing to Xtratic War.
Question: What prizes do we get at the end of each round?
Answer: All the rewards you can earn at the end of each round are displayed on the "Rewards" page, you can visit this page by clicking the "Rewards" button at the top of Xtratic War.
Question: How do I see my current overall statistics?
Answer: By simply clicking the "Base" link, you will see your offense power, defense power, rankings, turns per tick, money per tick and other important information.
Question: What is a referral, how do i get some?
Answer: A referral is when you give someone you unique referral link, and they sign up under it. Which gives you more recruits, and money. You can get referrals by giving your friends, and other people the link. (note, posting referral links in our forums could result in account suspension or termination.)
Question: How to I attack someone?
Answer: Simple, just click on the attack link, find someone you'd like to attack, click on there name, on the right under Actions, click on attack, try and attack them see if you win. Note attacking someone, they will get Retaliation against you.
Question: What is Retal (Retaliation) ?
Answer: Retaliation is a feature implemented to help you get back at the players who have attacked you and won in the last 12 hours. It is a very complicated concept but we’ll try to make it as easy to understand as possible. When you are attacked by another player and they defeat you, you will be able to attack them back with a special type of attack called retaliation. You will be able to attack said player with retaliation three times as many times as they attacked you with a 30% increase to your offense score. Each retaliation attack you perform will also not spark retaliation against you.
Question: What benefit do I get from Exploiting for Cash and Experience.?
Answer: Exploiting for your cash and experience is the quickest, yet least effecient, way of converting your turns into instant cash or experience.
Question: What are Logs?
Answer: The logs are one of the most important factors of the game, its a way to keep track of who attacked you, who has retal against you. It will show, your attacks, battlefield hits, defense, turns transfered etc. Nearly everything you and everyone else does inside of Xtraitc War is logged... Also, once something is logged, it is not deleted.
Question: Whats voting do?
Answer: Voting helps our site grow, and expand our user database, meaning, more users for you to destroy. Its a free way of us to advertise our game, but in order to do that we need you vote on all the vote sites, we even give you bonus rewards, like free turns, free cash, free recruits. Claim your rewards each day, if you vote for all of them in day 1, and day 2, you try again, it will just overwrite your current money and recruits, it will not add on top.
Question: Spy? Whats it do?
Answer: Its a safer way to find out someones stats. Example, there army level, there offensive score, there defensive score. It can be pretty costly if the person is stronger then you.
Question: What is Mercenaries? How can i use it? Whats it suppose to do?
Answer: In shorter terms we call it Mercs. Mercs, is a place where you can sell your trained men for cash. Or you can buy recruits for cheap. You gotta be quick if you are buying them, they will go fast! You can sell your, Battlefield, Defensive, Offensive, Minners, Vehicle ops, Recruits. All at once, or any of them.
Question: What is recruiting? How do i use it?
Answer: Simple, recruiting is where you go to get new recruits for your army, which you can later train into any type of unit. Simply insert amount of turns you'd like to use recruiting.
Question: What are Upgrades for?
Answer: In order to have a bigger capacity for armory, or bank, you are required to upgrade them through the upgrades page.
Question: Whats bot check?
Answer: Its a way to stop people from using auto scripts, and programs to do there buying for them while there not actaly there. It can get annoying, but its the only way to stop most of the cheaters.
Question: I think I found a multi account. What do I do?
Answer: Just send in a support ticket with detail description, of the accounts. We will take further investigation of it.
Question: I found a bug!Where do i report it?
Answer: Same as finding a multi account, simply send in a ticket, saying where you found it, how you came across it, make sure its a detailed report. You might even get a reward finding such a bug.
Question: Can I pay cash for turns or vip?
Answer: Unfortunately no, the preferred method of payment is currently PayPal or Credit / Debit.
Question: How is net worth added up?
Answer: Your net worth is the cumulative value of all your items, units, etc involved with your army.
Question: I just got hacked, can you help me?
Answer: We can't handle that issuse if you got hacked, either someone got on your computer and went in your acount and sold everything, or you just got attacked or sniped in the battlefield, which you may think you got hacked. To prevent having your account messed with by other people you should always log out of your account if you are in public computers.
